Section 1 - Moffat to Tibbie Shiels: 20 miles
Section 2 - Tibbie Shiels to Traquair: 14 miles
Section 3 - Traquair to Galashiels or Selkirk: 10-13 miles
Section 4 - Galashiels to Lauder: 15 miles
Section 5 - Lauder to Longformacus: 14 miles
Section 6 - Longformacus to Cockburnspath: 16 miles
