This 2 bedroom self catering holiday cottage is located in the Liddelsdale Valley, 1 mile east of Newcastleton. The cottage is a stone built property dating from the mid 19th century and is set in a rural location close to the Liddel Water.

The cottage is dog friendly and in an ideal location for walkers and cyclists

The Cottage has been refurbished to a high standard and accommodation includes

There are gardens to the front and rear and a paddock to the side which is fenced and secure for children or pets

The local area provides a wide range of recreational activities including, walking, cycling, golf, fishing and horse riding. Kielder Water and Forest Park is within 30 minutes drive and provides fantastic base for those interested in water sports, walking, cycling and wildlife.

The surrounding area is rich in historic monuments including Hermitage Castle and the Border Abbeys of Kelso, Jedburgh and Dryburgh. Hadrian's Wall is within 50 minutes drive.
