At Real Farm Holidays there are seven holiday cottages of two different types & a luxury Farmhouse. All of our guests can enjoy full access to our beautiful country estate as part of your holiday here.

Three cottages are traditional, 2 star properties that are simply furnished, clean and comfortable.

Four cottages are three star properties with smarter interiors, double glazing and dishwashers.

The Farmhouse is our 5 star property and is fully equipped with marble bathrooms, super king size beds and as much space as you want inside and out.

For farm holidays in Scotland this is the place to stay!

We offer good salmon, sea trout, brown trout and coarse fishing on the Kirkwood beat of the River Annan and elsewhere.

Visitors to Kirkwood are also invited to buy superb quality meat straight from the fields of our farm.

Our lambs and cattle are of the purest as we farm in the most natural of ways.

Activities include quad biking. Bottle feeding lambs (in season), feeding chickens and collecting your own eggs. And also the freedom to walk as much as you like. Watch our amazing wildlife and enjoy the peace and quiet that surrounds you.
