About Port Logan

Port Logan is a picturesque village on the west coast of the Rhins of Galloway. It is popular with holiday makers and small boat owners. The Bell Tower at the end of the harbour was designed by Thomas Telford.

There is a long sandy beach with the harbour at one end and Logan Fish Pond at the other; a natural rock pool containing an array of interesting fish species. There are no permanent cafes or tea rooms in the village. Nearby is the popular Logan Botanic Garden, often described as Scotland's Most Exotic Garden.
