About Old Linthill
Situated a mile from the small fishing port and holiday town of Eyemouth, Old Linthill is a secluded seventeenth century Scottish tower house that is available for holiday rental for families or groups of up to 10 wishing to visit the Scottish Borders.
Perfect for family holidays and reunions, golfing holidays, fishing parties, surfers and quiet stag and hen weekends, the property is perched on a hillside in the centre of a beautiful small estate with two rivers and woodland walks all around. While offering the privacy of the countryside, Old Linthill is within walking distance of Eyemouth and a pavement runs from the end of the bottom of the drive to the village.
The house has recently been renovated and there are now five stylish bedrooms and three bathrooms giving accommodation for up to 10 guests in comfort.
There is a large sitting room with open fire, beautiful wood-paneled dining room with large dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. The house is well located for exploring the Scottish Borders, North Northumberland and East Lothian, as well local coastal attractions such as St Abbs, Coldingham and Berwick-upon-Tweed.
