Decorated in a period style, and sleeping up to 11 guests- the Merchant’s House is the ideal location for a gatherings with families or friends, special birthdays or anniversaries.

The house consists of a large open planned living and dining area and a compact well-equipped kitchen on the first floor, along with one of the bedrooms (a double with an ‘8 poster’ bed) and a wet room bathroom.

There is lift access up to this floor and the wet room is accessible for disabled guests.

​Stairs lead up to the second floor, where there are two double bedrooms (one with en-suite), a twin bedroom, a triple bedroom (with built in box bed suitable for a child) and a large family bathroom with free-standing roll top bath.

​Both floors benefit from fantastic views across Eyemouth town, harbour and out to sea. Guests are welcome to use the lawned area in front of the house bastion, and the Picnic table in the side garden, the beach is just a ten minute walk away.

Guests to The Merchant’s House will also benefit from Scottish tablet on their pillows and a luxury welcome hamper.
