Loch Ken Eco Bothies provides luxury off-grid holidays on the shores of Loch Ken, some of the most stunning scenery in Scotland. Each one is secluded and comes with its own log fired hot tub, private decking and access to the shore.

The Red Kite and Red Squirrel are modular buildings and sleep 4-6 and 3-4 people. Each comes with a complimentary two person kayak with private access to the loch. The Kite has a double bedroom, a twin room and a double fold out sofa bed. The Squirrel has one double bedroom and a single pull out sofa bed. Both are completely off grid with solar powered electrics and gas powered hot water. There is a fully fitted kitchen, toilet/shower room and a log burning stove for heat.

The Otter Eco Yurt is a 2 person bothy based on the traditional circular Mongolian Yurt design but built to luxury standards. It is clad in sustainable pine and has a living grass and natural flower roof. The Otter is situated next to its own small lochan and comes with private decking, wood fired hot tub and complimentary 2 person Kayak (for use on Loch Ken). It has a separate shower/toilet room and a fully fitted kitchen.

The Osprey is our newest Eco Bothy and sleeps up to 8 people with 3 double bedrooms downstairs and a double sofa bed upstairs. It comes with a wood fired hot tub, 2 double kayaks and 2 paddle boards. It’s completely off grid with its own solar array, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery, backup remote generator and log burning stove. There is a mezzanine in the roof with a viewing platform and supplied telescope for enjoying the dark skies (we are within the dark sky park boundary).
