About Hike & Bike Hub

Hike & Bike Hub is a social enterprise in Galashiels town centre, promoting walking and cycling for leisure, health, social inclusion and active travel around Galashiels and the wider, beautiful Scottish Borders. Hike & Bike Hub offers affordable bike hire, e-bike hire, trike/e-trike hire, bike servicing & repairs, information about local walking and cycling routes, social weekly walks, longer guided walks, and led cycle rides. There is a comfy seating area near our book swap & Jigsaw Exchange corner, where unique items from Rejiggled and Robin & Wren are also available for purchase. Muddy bikes, boots and paws are welcome in the Hub. Pop in and find out what Galashiels, and the surrounding area, has to offer.

Bike hire can be pre-arranged for outside of usual Hub opening hours. There may be occasions when the Hub closes during advertised opening hours if volunteers are involved in leading activities such as walks or led cycle rides.
