Located in the wild and beautiful Hermitage Valley, Gorrenberry House is the perfect base for walking, cycling, horse riding or just relaxing in the garden or in front of the stove with a good book. The very comfortable and spacious house has oil fired central heating plus three log stoves. It has five extremely comfortable double bedrooms, four of them ensuite, and an additional bathroom and shower room. It has three public rooms, a large farm kitchen and a conservatory. It has a pool table, TVs, WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a table tennis table in the games room in the barn.

It has a wonderful remote feel, but is actually very accessible, 50 minutes from Carlisle, One hour from Newcastle and two hours from Edinburgh or Glasgow.The area offers miles of spectacular walking, cycling or horse riding. It is rich in cultural heritage, in the heart of reiver country and just two miles from threatening Hermitage Castle.
