Goldilands holiday accommodation is located 3 miles from Kelso, in the centre of the Scottish Borders; set in beautiful countryside between the Eildon Hills and the Bowmont Forest. Rural location with easy access to town for shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Wonderful walking from the door, several national trails easily accessible.

All accommodation is ground floor and has central heating; most windows offer superb country views, others a garden view. There is ample free parking outside the property. Whilst there are no disabled facilities the property is suitable for the less able visitor.

There are three bedrooms each has en suite bathroom with a shower cubicle (no baths).
The lounge/diner provides a relaxing space to read, watch TV or simply admire the view. A good selection of books, magazines, maps and unlimited WiFi access is provided.

Storage can be arranged for cycles, golf clubs, fishing tackle etc.
