The Allanton Inn is a Berwickshire country inn welcoming guests to the Scottish Borders, the gateway the Scotland. With a strong local family background in farming & being extremely passionate about the Borderlands, promoting our fabulous historic & scenic region comes naturally to us and is what we are proud to do.

The multi award winning inn operates in the true essence of a traditional Scottish inn but with the flavour & style of modern country living, with freshly prepared homecooked food using local & seasonal ingredients, a well-stocked bar, an exciting beer garden enjoying the views of the open countryside & 7 bedroomed en-suite accommodation.

The inn serves as a local tourist information hub & is home to Borderland Tours, launching in Summer 2024. The tours will showcase the people, places & stories behind our local produce & region while exploring our beautiful landscapes & heritage, lots of tastes & tales!
