About Eat, Sleep, Ride

Eat Sleep Ride is a community interest company providing affordable therapeutic equine interactions for people in South East Scotland and Northumberland.

Our purpose is to support, teach and inspire people through experiential learning, equine-based training, accreditation, certification, work placements and employment opportunities.

We can provide private lessons, groundwork, pony days, stable management sessions, group lessons, arena and jump hire, and hacks on or off-site.

Our coaches are all BHS qualified, first aid trained, and we have a range of horses for all abilities, or bring your own.

There is also the option to stable your horse with us if you are wanting a longer break

We also hold seasonal events and clinics hosted by external instructors - get in touch to see what is coming up

We are accessible from the A1 with plenty of parking. We can provide hats and boots but please dress for the weather!
