A difficult route, Longer distance or on hilly roads and may enter remote areas. High degree of self sufficiency required.

Heading east along the Tweed Valley before turning south passing Yair towards Selkirk and Bowhill House and Country Estate. The route follows the Ettrick Valley to Ettrickbridge and on to the Gordon Arms. From here it is back north passing Traquair House before returning to Innerleithen.

Please allow at least 6 hours to complete it, excluding the time taken to enjoy the destinations along the way.
