This route travels south east from Kelso with a long steep climb towards Lurdenlaw Farm. Dropping down you head towards Yetholm with the Cheviot Hills in view.

After enjoying both Town and Kirk Yetholm head in the direction of Morebattle , but take a right turn before you get there to Linton Kirk before heading back towards Kelso. This route can be extended by visiting Morebattle and looping around by Bowmont Forest before heading north to Kelso.
