Moffat Triskelion – West Loop

Cycling

The Moffat Triskelion is 250km of stunning road cycling broken into three loops that start and finish in Moffat, in the South of Scotland.

This epic 100km road cycling loop is not for the faint hearted! It follows two of the most dramatic roads in southern Scotland and crosses the Dalveen and Mennock passes.

Plenty of refreshment options are available en route in the villages of Drumlanrig , Leadhills and Wanlockhead, and for those not wanting quite so long a day in the saddle the route can be reduced to 55km by starting and finishing in Elvanfoot.

Just off the route, Thornhill, Durisdeer and Morton Castle are also well worth a visit.
