Minchmoor Road and Southern Upland Way

Walking

This route follows the old Minchmoor Road up to join the Southern Upland Way going east past Broomy Law before returning to Yarrowford past the former youth hostel at Broadmeadows.

The section along the old drove road not only has the wilderness factor and views over the Yarrow Valley hills but you can imagine the men of old driving their cattle and sheep along this high land.
