Wilton Lodge Park benefits from many attractive features including walled gardens, colourful flower beds, scented gardens, a waterfall and tree lined walks. Set by the picturesque River Teviot there is much wildlife to enjoy and attractive footbridges to cross. The park benefitted from a substantial Heritage Lottery Fund and now boasts a café, a play area, a museum, memorials and a renovated bandstand all connected by tarmac paths. The walk around the park takes around 2 hours covering 1-2.5 miles/2-4 kms.
