Based in our own wee cottage at the foot of the Eildon hills, we love Scotland and have chosen to specialise solely in Scottish cottages. Our friendly Booking Team are very knowledgeable and are on hand to help our guests find their absolute perfect fit. Bookings can be made by phone (yes, you can talk to a real human being!) or it is straightforward to book on our easy to use website.

We have cottages as far north as the Orkney isles and as far south as the southerly tip of Dumfries and Galloway. With everything from epic boathouses to remote bothies, lochside hideaways and everything in between, we have something to suit every taste and budget.

With such a wealth of activities to try out in the Scottish countryside, our retreats make the perfect base for getting out and about exploring all of the delights that are on offer. Why not use your holiday as a chance to try something new like stand-up paddleboarding, ziplining or tackling some of our world famous munros and corbetts? With the warmth and comfort of your holiday home to come back to at the end of each day, even the weariest of adventurers will sleep soundly and be raring to try something different the next day.
