About St Michael's Wynd

Notice the mock cannon water sprouts and the slightly projecting second floor. The three dormers with gablets at roof level have carved finials - a star, thistle and a crescent - giving a 17th century feel. If you look above the the entrance to St Michael's Wynd, you will see a fine sundial from which Greenwich Solar Time can be read.
