Welcome to Slatehouse
A beautifully renovated luxury cottage with four double bedrooms (or three doubles and a twin), sleeping up to eight guests and two dogs.

Slatehouse is just off the impressive approach to Drumlanrig Castle, around half a mile from the Castle itself. Enjoy stunning scenery, peace, and quiet, with convenient parking outside and additional spaces nearby.

Luxury Cottage Interior
The bright entrance porch offers space for muddy boots and coats after exploring the estate or Dumfries & Galloway.

The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine, a board game, or a cosy movie night on the 55-inch smart TV beside the wood burner. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle.

Bedrooms
Slatehouse has four bedrooms: a master with king-size bed and ensuite shower, two further doubles, and a flexible bedroom that can be a king or two singles. There is a family bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate shower, plus a W.C.

The Great Outdoors
Enjoy an enclosed garden with modern patio, wood-fired hot tub, and Nith Valley views. A short walk takes you to Statehouse Loch, offering Castle views and fishing opportunities.
