Chef proprietor Roger prepares food with flare in an open kithen while wife Bea looks after guest.They get fish from Ross Dougal in Eyemouth, meat from Martin Baird, Melrose, Game from Johnny near Kelso. Within easy walking distance from Melrose over the river Tweed on famous chain bridge. One of only a few resturants recommended by Michelin in the area.
