Clothing and accessories for all the family in any tartan, interiors and soft furnishings to suit every home, or simply lengths of fabric if you prefer to make your own. Clans & Tartan Experience: enjoy a presentation on clans and tartans, the history and traditions behind them. Find your family tartan exploring connections by name and region, and the stories behind them. Enjoy in any of our stores or we can come out to your hotel or venue. 1 hour duration, open to groups or individuals. A wee dram or refreshment is offered. No obligation to purchase. Delivered free of charge in-store at Edinburgh, Duns, Crieff and Albany, NY during working hours (10am-6pm, 7 days a week). Exclusive use of store out of hours on request. French and Italian speakers available.

Design your own tartan: work with our in-house designer to create your very own tartan. Whether it’s personal, for family, a business or society, or to commemorate a special event, the ScotlandShop team offers the chance to create a unique piece of Scottish history. Cost £450 including tartan design consultation, a choice of 3 design options to choose from and registration of the final design with the Scottish Register of Tartans, including an official certificate. Can be conducted in store or by virtual appointment.

Corporate and event gifting: choose from our suggestions, craft your own, embroider or personalise, gift box or gift bag, your brand or ours.
