Plum Braes Barn includes Cockle Kitty, Garden Bank and Plum Tree with their own private patios and gardens.

Edmondston House is ¼ mile along the road. It is heated by oil central heating and a log fire and stands alone with panoramic views across the fields to the Cheviot Hills on the horizon.5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sitting room with small sun room, kitchen with hatch and door to the dining room. Utility room with large washing maching and tumbe drier.

Autumn of 2014 we put in a biomass boiler in the farm shed which is fed by wood and heats the farmhouse and Cockle Kitty Cottage, Garden Bank Cottage and Plum Tree Cottage keeping the cottages really warm all winter long.

The Cottages also have wood burners, Wi-Fi, sky TV with large screens, private gardens, barbeques and garden furniture. The all-weather tennis court is below Plum Braes Barn. Enjoy the River walk and all the wild life including barn and tawny owls, otter, deer,and kingfisher.

Plum Tree sleeps 2 and is on the west side of Plum Braes Barn and enjoys south facing wonderful views all day long. A sheltered and private suntrap. It has one double bedroom with beams and small balcony accessed by spirral stairs which wind their way through the open plan sitting room. The galley kichen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and dining table. The small sitting room has wifi, sky TV and a large screen TV and a woodburner.

Garden Bank is on ground level with two en- suite bedrooms (showers and no baths) with uninterrupted views over rolling countryside and the Tweed and Eden valleys to the Cheviot Hills on the horizon. Open plan sitting room/kitchen with wood burner. Electric cooker, fridge and a freezer, microwave. French windows lead to the new patio with garden furniture and charcoal barbeque.

Cockle Kitty is on the west side with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with over bath shower) on ground level, with beautiful south facing views. Sitting room with wood burner, table and chairs for 4, wifi and large screen TV with wifi. Thekitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and is adjacent to the sitting room.
