Moffat Hostel brings together all the advantages of staying in a guest house with all the best bits of staying in a hostel!
Our cosy private en-suite guest rooms rival those found in most guesthouses, whilst our self catering kitchen, games room and lounge offer a more homely, relaxed, and social experience where you can meet other travellers and take a budget-friendly break from dining out. Between April and October you will also have the option of taking a bunk in our shared 4-bed dormitory.
For outdoor enthusiasts we have a double garage for bikes and a drying room for your gear, and we are perfectly located for exploring miles of forest tracks and trails for hiking and biking. For those wanting a convenient stop off on a long journey, we are less than 10 minutes away from Junction 15 on the M74.
So, whether you are looking for a convenient overnight stop to break your journey, or a place to call home for a longer adventure in Southern Scotland, our family-run hostel is the perfect choice!
