About Lilliesleaf

Lilliesleaf is a small village, located 7 miles south east of Selkirk. To the north of Lilliesleaf is the Ale Water, running east to west. The Wynd is a single track road to the north of the village which runs down to the Ale, where a footbridge crosses the water.

In covenanting times, illegal conventicles were held on Lilliesleaf moor.
