Perfect for friends or large families, Laundry Cottage sleeps up to six guests in two double bedrooms (one ensuite) and one twin room. For bigger groups, Montagu cottage adjoins.

Tucked away in a peaceful spot with estate views—plus glimpses of Drumlanrig Castle through the trees in late autumn and winter—it has a large enclosed garden and parking for three cars.

The open-plan living and dining area features a modern kitchen, 55-inch smart TV, and log burner—ideal for cosy movie nights after exploring the region. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and electric oven and hob.

Downstairs, you’ll find a charming double room and a spacious twin (convertible to a king) alongside a family bathroom with claw-foot tub and overhead shower. Upstairs, the generous ensuite bedroom offers a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a walk-in shower. Oil-fired central heating keeps the whole cottage warm year-round.
