About Glentress Forest - Ponds Trail

The Ponds Trail is an easy access stroll around the upper ponds at Glentress, an oasis of ash, birch and pine that is home to herons, bats and
red squirrels. There is plenty of seating and a brass rubbings nature trail. The half mile/0.8 km trail will take 15 minutes along a firm gravel path. There is a convenient car park adjacent (charges apply) and a wheelchair access toilet.
