About Eat, Sleep, Ride

Eat,Sleep, Ride CIC is a community interest company . We are a a social enterprise supporting mental health, social impairments & disability services. We also offer employabilty support and work on confidence & self esteem building. We use our beautiful horses to promote positive change by creating positive pathways.
At ESR every session consists of hands on stable management and we are a training provider and can offer professional coaching for exams and /or assessments.Our horses work within the riding school offering fun and educational quality tuition whilst also providing therapy. We can cater for any age and ability & have a good range of well schooled horses and ponies We can take you across the beautiful country side or east coast beaches with hacks ranging from 1-5hrs . Lunch can be provided when making the booking at an additional cost
We provide safety equipment but please dress for the weather this is an outdoor activity. We have washing facilities and a space to sit down and grab a cup of tea .
We are accessible from the A1 and have plenty of space for parking.
