What can you expect?
Beyla is a mobile sauna, usually in the same location for around a month or six weeks. Each location offers unique experiences, outlined on our website and in our bi-monthly newsletter. We can arrange bespoke experiences and events to suit your needs, with Beyla as the central feature.

Up to 8 people can be present in a social sauna where you book your seat online. If you'd like a private sauna session, you can have up to 10 friends as people tend to move in and out of the sauna at different times and don't mind being extra cosy. Look out for unique experiences and collaborations that vary through the year to help you discover the Scottish Borders:
- fitness and sauna (think guided runs, nature walks, High Intensity Interval Training, yoga, cold plunge)
- nature and sauna (for example foraging, pick your own flowers, bird watching, tree peeping)
- craft and sauna (basket making, weaving, knitting, sewing, painting)
- well being and sauna (natural movement / yoga, massage, sauna rituals like whisking, face masks, hair masks)
- food and sauna (30 plant lunches, quick mugs of wholesome soup, afternoon tea, chocolate tasting)
- work retreats and sauna (space for 6 - 8 people to meet comfortably in the ecopod, with powerpoint facilities)
