Wild Rituals Sauna Session

Come for a 60 minute guided sauna during which our trained Aufguss professionals expertly use a towel, whisk, or fan to circulate steam through the sauna in soothing, rhythmic motions. Throughout the session, we’ll incorporate aromatic scents, calming sounds, and ice, along with guided breathwork to help you fully unwind, and afterwards, cool down in the fresh air or with a dip in the Quair.
