Scottish National Road Race

The Galloway Hillbillies Bike Club are proud to be hosting the Scottish National Road Race Championships in Newton Stewart for Senior Open and Senior & Junior Female riders. This will see the fastest road racers from all over Scotland descend on the town to battle out for podium positions. The Hillbillies have a fantastic course with some punchy climbs, winding roads and fast descents that really showcases what Dumfries and Galloway has to offer. Racers will do laps of the 24km long course. In addition to this the club are set on being as inclusive as possible and will be running an entry level/ taster event alongside the open, female and junior racing categories, to allow people who are new to the sport or just keen to try it out for the first time, the opportunity to do so!

It will be a great day out with plenty of racing so why not come along and cheer the racers on!
