SANQUHAR KNITTING SAMPLER WORKSHOP
Learn to hand knit a small Sanquhar sample item at A' the Airts.
Sanquhar knitting dates back to the 1700's and is a proud heritage craft of the region.
This workshop will draw on the skills of local knitters, who will share with you the techniques to create the geometric pattern design using the Sanquhar pattern.
Course cost is £35 (plus booking fee) and includes all of the materials needed to take home what you make. The workshop is on Tuesday 2nd May and starts at 1pm and will finish about 4pm.
