Our Summer Solstice (Litha) Retreat – Connect with your Personal Power and Inner Light Join us at Shambellie House to celebrate the Summer Solstice with a day of connection, creativity, and reflection. Litha, one of the eight Celtic and Pagan festivals, marks the height of the Sun’s power – the perfect time to tap into your power, confidence, and vitality. We will guide you on a journey to connect with your personal power and ignite your inner light by connecting with the energy of the Summer Solstice. Expect a day filled with breathwork, gentle movement, sound healing, creativity and connection with nature, both indoors and outdoors. Open your heart and mind as we reflect, create, explore and set intentions with cacao around the fire.

You may be deepening the relaxation journey from the previous day or joining us for a nurturing and restorative workshop designed to help you relax, recharge, and gently align with the energies and elements of midsummer. Through a combination of relaxation techniques, sound healing, creative activities, loving-kindness practice and celebration we will explore ways to reconnect with ourselves as the summer solstice meets us with its grace.

This gentle day of self-care will also include creative relaxation art methods (absolutely no skill required) to inspire openness, curiosity, playfulness and renewal as we transition into summer’s magic.
