And this winter, get more up close and hands on at the farm than ever before! The Highland cows at Kersheugh Farm are naturally inquisitive and used to visitors, making them the perfect animals for you to meet – whatever your age. Gather in the farm yard before stepping into one of our farm sheds to get up close to a variety of Highland Cows and youngsters.

Learn all about the Highland cows on our farm, feed, brush and take as many pictures as you like. Followed by a hot drink in our reception and shop area, time to browse, relax and chat before heading off.

Getting up close to Highland Cows in the winter is a brand new experience at the farm. Where the farm usually winds down and closes to the public during the winter months it is now opening just a few slots to see the cows indoors.
