Galashiels Walking Festivals are now organised by Hike & Bike Hub, with a small team of passionate, knowledgeable and trained volunteer walk leaders.

All walks start and finish at Hike & Bike Hub, 47 Channel Street, Galashiels. There are 2-3 walks offered each day of the Festival, with at least 1 walk each day classed as moderate-strenuous, aimed at walkers who enjoy longer, hillier walks. At least 1 walk each day is classed as easy-moderate for those who enjoy a shorter route. This year, we are collaborating with Connecting Threads: “Town to River, River to Town” to offer something slightly different on two of the walks!
