The Wind in the Willows

Multiple award-winning Illyria celebrates Kenneth Grahame’s timeless tale of friendship, laughter, the longing for home and the lure of adventure with The Wind in the Willows. This outdoor theatre performance of The Wind in the Willows will take place at Crawick Multiverse near Sanquhar on Tuesday 15th July 2025.

The performance will begin at 6pm.

Gates will be open from 4pm to allow those attending HMS Pinafore to explore Crawick Multiverse before the show starts (no additional charge).

Get your friends and family together, arrange a picnic, buy your tickets and look forward to a summer evening enjoying the show in the Sun Amphitheatre.

These events are great for group outings too.

Running time (approx): 1 hour 40 minutes (including a 20-minute interval). Suitable for ages 5+ (younger children also welcome)

Please bring your own seating/rug, suitable clothing/footwear and a picnic*. Snacks, refreshments and ice cream will be available to buy on site.

*Picnic boxes can be pre-ordered and collected from A’ the Airts in Sanquhar by calling 01659 50514.

Something else to look forward to….Arabella’s Ice Cream and Desserts will be selling ice cream and sundaes on the night!

Crawick Multiverse is open daily from 10am – 4pm (Mon – Thurs) and 10am – 6pm (Fri – Sun), so for anyone who would like to come along before 4pm or any other day, General Admission tickets are available online or at The Coalface on arrival.
