The Wild Goose Festival

Wild Goose Festival is an annual exploration of nature, creativity, and place. The 11 day, family-friendly programme of activity, learning and play celebrates the incredible journey undertaken by barnacle geese from Svalbard to the Solway estuary in our very own region, as well as the five other species that flock to this part of Scotland. Produced by The Stove Network and held in Dumfries and surrounding areas, it unites key partners from across the region to promote connection with our natural world through education and engaging with our communities.
