Snowdrop Retreat Day

SNOWDROP RETREAT DAY - Saturday, 10th of February 2024.

You are invited to a Retreat Day at Allanton Peace Sanctuary on Saturday the 10th of February, from 10 - 3pm.
You are welcome to arrive from 9:30 to settle in, and get comfy, so we can all start together at 10am.

This is a day for quiet guided contemplation to gently appreciate and anticipate new beginnings and the beauty of nature as the earth awakens from winter hibernation.

The day will start with a gentle yoga practice accessible for all levels and abilities, on the mat or chair.

We will continue the day with reflective meditative practices, in Allanton's meditation room and/or outside in the beautiful grounds of Allanton Peace Sanctuary. Taking time to recognise the power our thoughts, words and actions have, in the creation of our own and others' wellbeing.

The cost for the day is £25, with complimentary soup (vegan, gluten free) and refreshments. Nibbles to share welcomed.
Please note, we are not able to accommodate various dietary requirements, so if you are on a specific diet please bring your own lunch.
