The evening opens with a short introduction to how poltergeist disturbances have been understood over time, before moving into detailed local case studies that give each story the space to develop.

Stories such as the Glenluce Devil and the disturbances reported in the Rerrick area reveal how these events were experienced as they unfolded — the disruption they caused, the questions they raised, and the lasting impact on the people involved.
