Nature Immersion Walk and Sauna at Monteviot

A gentle nature immersion walk at Monteviot House and Gardens this April. Guided by Rachel from Among the Woods and Waters, the walk follows woodland paths and the banks of the River Teviot, discovering seasonal spring plants and the stories they hold. Afterwards, relax in a 60 minute community sauna, and enjoy a cooling dip in the river Teviot, sprinkle from a watering can or simple fresh air.
