Dabton House Garden Tours

Join us for a Guided Garden Tour this June, led by our Head Gardener, John Candlish, and discover the beauty and planning that takes place to create Dabton’s horticultural haven.

Situated in the heart of picturesque Dumfries and Galloway in the South of Scotland, Dabton House is a Buccleuch family home located within the Queensberry Estate, ten minutes from Drumlanrig Castle.

Following an extensive and sensitive renovation project, completed in summer 2023, the house is now available for exclusive use and event bookings. With a welcoming blend of country house elegance and modern hospitality, Dabton is the perfect location for your grand gathering or simply spending time together with friends and family.

Throughout the renovated property, contemporary design touches blend with Dabton’s beautiful historic features, while the four-acre formal garden sits amid 27 acres of tranquil mixed woodland.

Guests are invited to enjoy refreshments and home baking following the Garden tour, with a chance to have a look around the house too.
