So what is a Sound Bath Journey?
A Therapeutic Sound Bath Journey is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes in the mind and body.
There is no effort required. Nothing for your to do but switch off and unwind as Tommy from The Sonic Den takes you on journey to a place of deep restorative rest, inner calm and harmony.

What do I need to do?
The experience begins with each person lying down on their Yoga mat or sitting in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and pillows for extra comfort. After a few minutes of mindful breathing, visualisation and intention setting you are taken on a sonic experience filled with the sounds, vibrations and frequencies of various overtone-emitting instruments including Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, HandPan, Frame Drum, Koshi Chimes, Flow Chimes, Ocean Drum and Native American Flutes and soft sung mantra vocals.
