Beautiful Borders – Driver-Guided Tour
Get away from it all in the Scottish Borders. This tour will take you to to the beautiful scenery, ancient ruined abbeys and historic tower houses which inspired the novelist Sir Walter Scott who made his home here. Discover the century-long conflicts that have shaped the area, as well as some of the cattle-thieving families at the heart of them, the Border Reivers.
We will be visiting some of these abbeys as well as the pretty towns of Melrose and Peebles and an optional visit to Abbotsford. Entry fees not included. Maximum three passengers. I will be using the TourTalk wireless communication system to ensure social distancing.

Here, you will be able to explore their interpretative centre which exploring the craftsmanship behind the process of cashmere manufacture, focusing on the fact that Johnston’s of Elgin is the only Scottish, indeed UK, mill to carry out the entire manufacture process from fibre to finished garment.
