About The Hoebridge
Our focus is on creating a small seasonal menu that changes each month, enabling us to serve our customers the freshest local produce available. We pride ourselves on making everything we can by hand: from breads, pastries and ice creams to pastas, pickles and preserves. What we don't make ourselves we source from some of the best producers in Scotland – Shaw's and Hardiesmill for our local meats, fish from Campbell Brothers and Teviot Smokery, I.J. Mellis cheese, Cuddybridge Apple Juice, Luckie Coffee and beer from Tempest Brewery. We are proud to have been nominated for Most Stylish Restaurant at the Moet & Chandon Scottish Style Awards 2015, Best New Restaurant at the 2015 Born in the Borders Awards, and Best Restaurant Experience at the Scottish Thistle Awards.
