Take a journey into the past with a local storyteller and explore the dark and dangerous side of Dalkeith in times when witches were tried on a weekly basis in the old market town and where graves were robbed and bodies sold for profit and a calculating murderer lurked in a family home near the centre of the town.
Learn about the ghosts of the past who still stalk the closes and wynds of Dalkeith and return to calm your shattered nerves in the peace and tranquillity of the Museum, where refreshments and more storytelling with bring the evening to a close.
Tours take place at intervals throughout the year and are publicised locally and via Eventbrite.
