Summer Solstice at the Multiverse

21st June 2022

Every effort has been made to verify the accuracy of the event information but we recommend contacting the event organisers before attending.

Summer Solstice at the Multiverse will be a celebration of the special connection between Crawick Multiverse and the summer solstice – a chance to enjoy the longest day amidst the spectacular 55-acre environmental artwork, created by the late Charles Jencks, and inspired by the sun and the stars.

Opening from 4.00 am on the morning of Tuesday 21 June, the event will be family friendly, relaxed and informal, with activities that gently enhance the experience of being in a place specifically designed to link us to the cosmos.

There will be music, outdoor theatre, tai chi and yoga sessions around various part of the Multiverse – with a special bespoke theatre performance set within the Sun Amphitheatre and a unique musical experience from the top of the mounds that represent the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies.
